Jonathan is Head of Family Office at Syntropy, where he oversees direct investments, venture building, and capital markets activities across a diversified opportunity set. He began his career in asset management at DWS Group and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and New York, advising institutional investors on bespoke portfolio strategies, developing proprietary investment models, and structuring asset & liability frameworks. Combining analytical depth with entrepreneurial drive, Jonathan went on to found and scale a venture-backed consumer company, leading the business from inception through fundraising and early-stage growth. Before Syntropy, Jonathan was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he advised private equity investors and leading corporates on value creation, post-acquisition transformation, and growth acceleration. He also supported financial institutions on portfolio optimization, and climate risk strategy. In parallel, he contributed to the Circular Transformation of Industries initiative at the World Economic Forum, including work on industry collaboration models and contributions to flagship publications. Jonathan is a trained Banking Professional and holds a degree in Banking & Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is a Certified ESG Analyst. Jonathan is based in Frankfurt.
